FFA building has four apartments newly built to the highest European standards and is located 50 meters from the beach. The interior and exterior design used traditional local natural stone that offers Mediterranean atmosphere both outside and in the inside of the building. All apartments have a a winter garden where guests can enjoy the warmth of the sun, even in winter. Apartment A3 and A4 have roof terraces which provides an unobstructed view of Zadar, sea and islands. In the basement there is a laundry service that guests can use at will. All guests have access to a barbecue.
